Directions for Use:
Product size versus size of cat (1 tube per monthly treatment) -
- One Size = Cats up to 15 lb.
- Not for use on kittens under 4 months.
How to use: Snap the cap off the tip of the tube. Lift or spread the fur between the shoulder blades of the cat until you can spot the skin. Place the tube tip on the cat's skin area and apply. Hold your cat briefly, allowing the liquids to absorb. Avoid bathing or swimming for 24 hours after application.
Apply once a month for continuous protection. Herbal Spot-On is water resistant and will continue protecting after rain or swimming, but reapply after grooming.
Natures Protection Herbal Flea & Tick Spot-On will protect your cat from fleas but will not eliminate existing infestations.
∗ Cats do not possess the enzyme glucuronyl transferase and therefore, their liver requires more time to eliminate phenolic compounds (which are found in some essential oils) and in medications such as aspirin or acetaminophen. Neither Peppermint nor Virginia Cedarwood oils contains these compounds. In addition, both Peppermint and Virginia Cedar Oil are used at low levels in Nature's Protection Herbal Flea & Tick Collar and Spot-On for Cats further eliminating any potential side effects.
Note - this is an oil based product. Be careful about allowing pets onto stainable surfaces like rugs until product has had time to absorb and dry.
