Feeding Guidelines:
Feeding requirements will vary with breed, environment, age and activity level.Monitor your cat's weight and adjust their feed as needed. Feeding twice daily is recommended (splitting the total daily amount below in half at each feeding), and always have fresh, clean water available.
When switching your cat's diet, transitioning from the current diet to Fat Cats Formula over a 10 day period is recommended. Replace 10% of the current diet with Fat Cats Formula each day until they are fully transitioned. If you do not have any of your current formula to mix, reduce the amount of Fat Cats Formula fed for the first few days, feeding smaller more frequent meals and increase over time. Do not free feed.
Daily serving size for adult cats (Weight Loss):
- 8-10 lb cat = Up to 1/2 cup
- 10-12 lb cat = 1/2 to 2/3 cup
