Wait For The Email

We will send you an email
 as soon as your order is ready 
for pickup.


Pick Up Your Order

Head to the location you selected. 
Bring a valid ID and your confirmation 
number. Please allow a 
minimum of 2 hours to process your
 order. *Orders placed after 5pm MST
 will be processed the following day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I find all the items I purchase in store?

At this time, we do not have all in-store items on our site. Our team is working 
hard to continuously add items to the site to bring you the best shopping 
experience possible.

How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

You will get an email saying it's ready for you to pick up!

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Most orders placed before 5pm MST will be ready for pickup in a minimum 
of 2 hours. *All orders placed after 5pm MST will not be processed until 
the following day.

Why can't I use my loyalty points?

At this time, we are unable to redeem loyalty points online, but don't worry - 
you still get credit for all the items you buy online, (as long as you use your 
account,) and can redeem them when you visit a physical location!

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Absolutely. Just make sure they have their valid ID and your notification email.

How do I return an online order?

Just head to any of our three locations and find a team member. They will 
be able to process the return for you and get you on your way! If you have 
questions about if an item can be returned, you can visit our Returns & Exchange
 Policy page.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Once you arrive at the pickup location you selected, head to the front counter 
and our crew will locate your order.

What if my location is out of an item I need?

Due to the variation in inventory at our three locations, 
you may notice out of stock items. If this is the case, you 
can check with another store for the product. We will do
 our best to actively correct outages.
